Whoopie... if you pass muster with the U.S. Department of the Interior, the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) will issue you a card that says you are an Indian! It's called a Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB), and if you don't have one, well, the government won't let you be an Indian. No matter who your parents are.
Now, if your Mom and Dad are, say, Choctaw, you'll probably want to be a Choctaw too. If you fill out all of the forms correctly and say "please" and "thank you", the government may let you be a Choctaw. On second thought, once you realize that Indians have no rights, priviliges or money, you might want to be something else. Like maybe a really rich Bostonian of English descent or just one of those average Americans who aren't required to have the government's permission to be what they are.
The shirt is 100%, preshrunk, heavyweight cotton printed with waterbased inks by American Indians, all of whom have the proper government issued cards.
