Like it or not, English is the lingo of the land. Though most Americans don't speak it very well, they understand it better than any other language. If you want a job you need to be able to say "I want a job." If you have a job, how are going to know when to take a smoke break (or, if you prefer, break for a fruit beverage and tofu snack) if you can't read the posted break schedule? Of course, if you can't read English you won't be able to read this either. So, I guess we're just preaching to the choir.
The shirt is white 100% heavyweight, preshrunk cotton. The shirt is, itself, made in a foreign country where the workers, quite appropriately, speak the language of their country. It is, however, printed right here in the U.S.A. by folks who do, quite appropriately, speak English.
